1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using BanglaTask (https://banglatask.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. BanglaTask functions as an intermediary marketplace connecting Buyers (Employers/Clients) and Workers (Freelancers). Any violation of these terms may result in immediate account restriction, balance forfeiture, and permanent termination without prior notice.

2. Account Eligibility & Security

  • One Person, One Account: Users are strictly prohibited from maintaining multiple accounts. Any duplicate account creation is tracked and banned.
  • Device & IP Integrity: Only one account may be operated per device and network IP address. The use of proxies, VPNs, Tor browsers, emulator software, or spoofing tools to bypass geo-restrictions or mask your identity is strictly forbidden.
  • Identity & KYC Compliance: In accordance with digital commerce standards, users must provide truthful and verifiable personal information. Falsifying identities, submitting altered identification, or impersonating others constitutes a material breach of service.
  • Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. BanglaTask is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

3. Platform Rules & Prohibited Activities

  • Anti-Fraud Policy: Exploiting system bugs, executing scripts, deploying automated bot workers, or conducting fraudulent transactions is strictly prohibited.
  • Spam & Unsolicited Links: Distributing referral spam, unsolicited advertising, or third-party promotional schemes across task descriptions, deal messages, or community boards is not permitted.
  • Task Submission Integrity: Workers must deliver authentic, verifiable proof for all completed tasks. Submitting falsified screenshots, duplicate proof files, or inaccurate submissions will result in rating penalties or account suspension.
  • Workplace Ethics: Tasks must be completed according to the employer's clear guidelines. If an assignment cannot be properly performed, users must skip it rather than submitting poor-quality work.
  • Prohibited Listings: Micro-tasks involving illegal activities, unauthorized financial transactions, money laundering, adult content, gambling/betting services, or deceptive engagement schemes are strictly prohibited.

4. Advertising, Google AdSense & Invalid Traffic Policy

  • Third-Party Advertisements: BanglaTask may display third-party advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense and associated advertising networks, across informational and blog pages.
  • Strict Prohibition of Invalid Activity: Users, workers, and employers are strictly prohibited from generating artificial, invalid, or fraudulent impressions and clicks on advertisements displayed on the platform.
  • No Incentivized Ad Engagement: BanglaTask strictly forbids task creation or deals that require or incentivize users to click, view, reload, or interact with third-party advertisements or Google AdSense units. Any job post instructing workers to interact with website ads will be removed immediately, and the employer account will be permanently banned.
  • Advertiser Independence: BanglaTask does not endorse or guarantee products or services presented within third-party advertisements. User interaction with third-party ads is governed solely by the respective advertiser’s terms and privacy policies.

5. Marketplace Operations: Jobs & Deals

  • Job Posts (Micro-Tasks): Employers can publish targeted tasks. Work is formally finalized and funds are disbursed only after the employer reviews and approves the submitted verification proof within the allocated timeframe.
  • Deal Services: Sellers may list verified digital services or products. A purchased deal creates a binding independent contractor agreement between the Buyer and Seller. BanglaTask serves solely as a neutral platform facilitator.
  • Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises regarding task approvals or deal deliveries, the BanglaTask support arbitration team will inspect the case. Support decisions are final, binding, and authoritative.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Copyright Protection: BanglaTask operates in accordance with applicable copyright and intellectual property legislation. Users must hold the necessary rights and licenses for any materials uploaded to the marketplace.
  • DMCA / Infringement Notices: If you believe any material hosted on the platform infringes upon your copyright, you may submit an official infringement notice with proof of ownership to info@banglatask.com for swift review and removal.
  • License to Platform: By submitting or posting content on BanglaTask, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and format the content as necessary to deliver marketplace services.

7. Legal Compliance & Governance

  • Regulatory Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable local and international laws, including cybersecurity and cybercrime legislation. Any unauthorized intrusion, hacking, or automated scraping of our infrastructure will be referred to law enforcement authorities.
  • Tax Obligations: Users remain exclusively responsible for reporting and paying taxes, duties, and levies applicable to their freelance or employer earnings in accordance with their local revenue authorities.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed and interpreted under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

8. Referral Bonus & Incentive Policy

To ensure genuine engagement and protect the integrity of the platform, referral bonuses are governed by activity milestones:

  • A referred user must register, remain in good standing, and achieve a minimum verified earning threshold of $0.50 (50 BDT) from completed tasks.
  • Upon meeting this activity threshold, the qualifying referral bonus of $0.05 (5 BDT) will be credited to the referrer's account balance.
  • Accounts generating fake referral loops, self-referrals, or bot-driven registrations will be disqualified and permanently banned.

9. Limitation of Liability & Termination

BanglaTask provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. BanglaTask reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or limit access to any user account found violating platform integrity, security standards, or these Terms and Conditions. Disciplinary suspensions resulting from fraudulent conduct are non-negotiable and non-recoverable.
