Terms & Conditions - BanglaTask Marketplace

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on BanglaTask, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. BanglaTask is a marketplace connecting Buyers (Employers) and Workers (Freelancers). Any violation of these rules may result in permanent account suspension without prior notice.

2. Account Eligibility & Security

  • One Person, One Account: You are strictly prohibited from creating or maintaining more than one account.
  • Device & IP Integrity: Only one account may be accessed from a single device or IP address. The use of VPNs, Proxies, or any Spoofing hardware/software to mask your location or manipulate IP addresses is a violation of our security protocols.
  • KYC Compliance: In accordance with Bangladesh’s digital regulations, users must provide truthful and accurate information. Providing false data or misrepresenting your identity is a breach of contract.
  • Confidentiality: You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Sharing account details on social media or public platforms is strictly forbidden and poses a security risk.

3. Platform Rules & Prohibited Activities

  • Anti-Fraud Policy: Any attempt to bypass platform systems, exploit vulnerabilities, or use automated bots to generate income will result in an immediate permanent ban.
  • Spamming: Users must not spam the platform with referral links from other communities or competitors. Sharing unsolicited links within the BanglaTask ecosystem is prohibited.
  • Proof Submission: All workers must submit honest and accurate proof of work. Submitting fake screenshots, recycled proofs, or spam will lead to a reduction in worker rating or account termination.
  • Work Ethics: If you are unable to complete a task correctly, you must Skip it. Providing low-quality or incorrect work intentionally is considered a violation of service.

4. BanglaTask Services: Jobs & Deals

  • Job Posts: Buyers can post micro-tasks targeted at specific regions or worker levels. Transactions are finalized once the Buyer approves the submitted proof.
  • Post Deal Marketplace: Sellers can list specific services or digital products. A Deal creates a formal contract between the Buyer and Seller. BanglaTask acts as a neutral facilitator for these transactions.
  • Dispute Resolution: In case of a conflict between a Buyer and Worker, the BanglaTask support team will act as the final arbitrator. Our decision is final and binding.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Copyright Compliance: BanglaTask respects the Copyright Act, 2000 (Bangladesh). Users must not post content, logos, or materials that they do not own.
  • Infringement: If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded to our platform without permission, please contact our support team immediately with proof of ownership.
  • User Content: By posting on BanglaTask, you grant the platform a non-exclusive right to display your content within the marketplace to facilitate your services.

6. Legal Compliance & Governance (Bangladesh Law)

  • Cyber Security: All users must comply with the Cyber Security Act, 2023 of Bangladesh. Any attempt at hacking, data scraping, or unauthorized access to our database will be reported to the Bangladesh Cyber Police.
  • Taxation: Users are responsible for declaring their earnings and paying any applicable taxes as per the regulations of the National Board of Revenue (NBR).
  • Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

7. Termination of Service

BanglaTask reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at its sole discretion if a user is found to be acting against the interests of the community or the platform’s integrity. Accounts closed due to fraudulent activity are non-recoverable.

8. Referral Bonus Eligibility Policy

Your referred user must complete work on BanglaTask.com and earn a minimum of $0.5 (50 TK).

If this condition is maintained, you will definitely receive your referral bonus.

Otherwise, the referral bonus $0.05 (5 TK) will not be awarded.

This policy helps keep BanglaTask.com safe and ensures that only genuine workers and freelancers are active on our platform.
