1. Registration & Login

Learn how to create a new account, verify your email, and log in securely.

Step-by-Step Guide:
  1. Click on the "Sign Up" button at the top right corner.
  2. Fill in your Full Name, Email, and a strong Password.
  3. Select "Bangladesh" as your country and agree to terms.
  4. Important: Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the verification link. Click it to activate your account.
  5. Go to the Login page and sign in with your credentials.

2. How to Submit Tasks

Guide for workers to earn money by completing tasks.

Instructions:
  1. Log in and go to "Find Jobs" page.
  2. Click on a job to view the requirements and proof instructions.
  3. Complete the task exactly as requested (e.g., watch video, like page).
  4. Take required screenshots as proof.
  5. In the "Submit Proof" box, upload your screenshots and type any required details.
  6. Click "Submit Task" and wait for Employer approval.

3. How to Post a Job

Guide for Buyers to create campaigns and hire workers.

How to Post:
  1. Note: Ensure you have sufficient Deposit Balance before starting.
  2. Go to "Post a Job" from your dashboard.
  3. Select the Category (e.g., YouTube, Facebook) and Sub-category.
  4. Write specific instructions in steps (e.g., Step 1: Search channel, Step 2: Subscribe).
  5. Set the "Required Proof" (e.g., Screenshot of subscribed channel).
  6. Choose how many workers you need and the price per task.
  7. Deposit funds if needed, and submit for Admin approval.

4. Wallet & Payments

Managing your earnings, deposits, and withdrawals.

Key Concepts:
  • Pending Balance: Money from tasks under review. Moves to Earning Balance after approval.
  • Earning Balance: Money you have earned from tasks. Can be withdrawn.
  • Deposit Balance: Money added for posting jobs. Cannot be withdrawn.
  • Withdraw: Go to Wallet > Withdraw. Select method (bKash/Nagad), enter amount, and submit.
  • Deposit: Go to Wallet > Deposit. Send money to the shown number and submit Transaction ID.

5. Referral Program

Invite friends and earn commission from their activities.

How it Works:
  1. Go to "Referral" page from the menu.
  2. Copy your unique Referral Link.
  3. Share the link with your friends on social media or direct message.
  4. When someone joins using your link or Referral Code, they become your referral.
  5. You will earn a bonus on their registration and a commission when they Deposit money.
